meet THE BLOCKS

Introducing the Block's, our missionaries to Lima Peru. David and Kay have three children: Julia, Laura, Andrew. Because of Customs, we're not able to directly send them supplies, but they do cherish your prayers and financial support as they are currently undersupported by about $700./month.

Current Prayer Needs

For strength as they focus on relief efforts for those affected by the earthquake in Southern Peru.  For wisdom in planning for two teams that will be coming in July to help with the rebuilding process.  Pray for the 10 people who are enrolled in the English classes that Dave is teaching.  For them to come to know the Savior personally.   

How you can help the Block's

Prayer. For strength as they continue to serve with their local church.  Wisdom as they plan for the teams coming from the United States to help them with their ministry.  For their children as they finish up the school year.  For time to be alone as a family.  For spiritual growth and renewal during the busy holiday season.

Current Prayer Requests: Praise for their work permit visas that finally arrived.  Pray for Bill as he has ongoing pain in his knees.  Wisdom as to whether he needs surgery for this.  Pray for safety as they travel around the busy city.  For strength and health which is never taken for granted.  For wisdom and opportunities to talk to their students about the Lord.
