Our Desire
It is our ultimate desire to help children ages 4 years thru 5th grade meet Jesus and become more like Him. With this in mind, we have three foundational truths that we want our kids to know because we believe that they were foundational in the life of Jesus:
- I need to make the wise choice no matter what the cost.
- I can trust God in every circumstance.
- I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

| The life of Jesus. | We want to teach kids not only WHY Jesus died but also HOW he lived. |
| Bible-based. | All teaching needs to be firmly rooted in God’s Word. |
| Communication with God. | Kids can’t know how to relate to God if they don’t know how to communicate with Him. |
| Kid appropriate. | The teaching must be built around the style, needs, and developmental stage of each child. |
| Hands-on learning. | Active learning encourages an active faith and passive learning encourages a passive faith. |
| Relational. | Kids grow best together. |
| Fun. | We want our kids to look forward to coming to church! |
| Safe. | Kids can’t grow in a physically or emotionally threatening environment. |
